Based in Beaumont (54470) since 1979, Ciolli Frères puts its over 40 years of expertise at the disposal to meet the needs of craftsmen, carpenters, communities and wood professionals. With a modernized sawmill and a developing activity, the company launches in 2025 a new range dedicated to direct sales of processed wood products: timber framing, panels, planed or treated wood, ready to use.

A fully controlled wood production from A to Z

Ciolli Frères operates a complete chain from log purchasing to final processing. On its 12 hectares located in Lorraine, it manages the supply, sawing, drying and conditioning of its products. Every day, 100 m³ of wood are cut, mainly beech (80%), complemented by poplar and other hardwoods.

The sawmill was completely renovated in 2020 with high-performance equipment. Available products include:

Squares for turning
Semi-edged planks (3 squared faces)
Bundles of sorted mixed planks
Hardwood or softwood packaging planks
Rough or grooved battens, highly sought after in the steel industry

These products can be delivered fresh, air-dried, steamed or kiln-dried according to your needs. The company also provides complete forestry support (marking, logging, skidding), guaranteeing traceability and consistent quality.

The new branch launched in 2025 aims to facilitate access to ready-to-install or easy-to-work wood, whether for construction, outdoor development or professional uses. Among the targeted products:

A 2,200 m² sawmill building
A 3,500 m² pallet factory building
A 2-hectare outdoor area for pallet storage
Road access facilitated by a frost-free national road

The site is being equipped with photovoltaic panels (production start scheduled for early 2025), reinforcing the company's commitment to more sustainable energy.

Ciolli Frères is also one of the most experienced wood pallet manufacturers in the region, with 600,000 units produced annually on robotic lines. It offers standard and custom formats, particularly for the steel, agri-food or logistics sectors.
